Where it all started…

Hi, I’m Jenni—and this is Brad, my husband and best friend.

I don’t have a string of letters after my name or fancy titles. I grew up in the Appalachian Mountains, where life tends to teach you things the hard way, but teaches you well. I love learning new things, taking on challenges, cooking for literally anyone who’s hungry, and writing honestly about real-life experiences.

A while back, Brad and I went through what I can only describe as the most terrifyingly beautiful experience of our lives…we woke up.

Not “woke” in the buzzword sense. The kind of waking up that feels like stepping out of a long, familiar dream and realizing there’s so much more to life than routines, distractions, shopping carts, and waiting for the next holiday.

We woke up to the ways this world keeps us divided, to the truth that the Kingdom of God is within you. And we woke up to the realization that things like meditation, frequency, and ancient practices aren’t “woo-woo” at all—they’re simply ways humans have remembered themselves for a very long time.

Now, we share what we’ve learned—not as teachers with answers, but as fellow travelers. Our intention is to invite curiosity, offer perspective, and hold up a mirror so you can see just how powerful, intuitive, and whole you already are.
